We're looking for a Country Manager Asia to drive the growth and business performance of multiple GEOs across the Asian region. If you have a strong iGaming background, know how to scale markets, and enjoy turning data into business results, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Be Doing
Take ownership of GGR growth and overall business performance across assigned GEOs.
Develop and implement regional strategies, identify growth opportunities, and set priorities for each market.
Monitor key business metrics, including GGR, FTD, Retention, LTV, ARPU, and ARPPU.
Lead and develop a team of Local Managers, setting goals, managing performance, and supporting their professional growth.
Scale local traffic sources and build strong partnerships with affiliates and other local partners, including RevShare deals.
Identify growth opportunities and address bottlenecks across Product, Retention, Promo, Payments, and other functions.
Launch new GEOs and scale successful strategies and best practices across the region.
Use data and performance analytics to make informed decisions and drive sustainable business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of regional strategies.

What Makes You a Great Fit
You have experience in iGaming as a Country Manager, Regional Manager, Head of GEO, or in a similar leadership role.
You have a proven track record of managing business performance and driving growth across multiple GEOs.
You understand key iGaming metrics, including GGR, FTD, Retention, LTV, ARPU, and ARPPU, and know how to influence them.
You have experience managing teams, setting priorities, and driving performance.
You know how to develop and scale local traffic sources and affiliate partnerships.
You are confident working with data and identifying new business opportunities.
You can collaborate effectively with Product, Retention, Promo, Payments, and other teams.
You have a good command of English for daily communication and business negotiations.

It Would Be a Plus
Hands-on experience with Asian markets, especially Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nepal, and Sri Lanka.
Experience launching and developing new GEOs from scratch.
An established network of local affiliates and business partners.
Proven success in scaling strategies across multiple markets.
Experience building and expanding local teams
