About the role:

We're looking for an experienced Creative Producer who can independently own the creative testing process – from research and hypothesis development to briefing, performance analysis, iteration, and reporting.
You should feel confident working with performance data, understanding why creatives win or lose, and turning those insights into the next round of tests.
AI is also a big part of how we work – not only for research and ideation, but also for building smarter workflows, improving output quality, and automating repetitive parts of creative production.

Your day-to-day:
Research competitors, audiences, trends, and winning creative approaches
Develop new creative hypotheses and testing ideas
Turn hypotheses into clear briefs for Motion and Graphic Designers
Track creative performance and testing results week over week
Analyze results and identify what should be iterated, scaled, or deprioritized
Develop iterations of successful concepts and hypotheses
Work closely with designers and provide clear creative feedback
Contribute to weekly client reports with creative insights, learnings, and next steps
Use AI tools for research, copywriting, briefing, analysis, and other parts of the creative workflow
Build or improve AI-assisted workflows and automations for recurring tasks

What we're looking for:
2+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or in a similar performance marketing role
Strong understanding of performance creative strategy and testing
Ability to independently research and develop new creative hypotheses
Experience analyzing creative performance and making data-driven decisions
Strong briefing, copywriting, and communication skills
Good understanding of key UA metrics such as CTR, CPA/CPI, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, and conversion metrics
Strong hands-on experience with ChatGPT, Claude, or other AI tools
Experience creating advanced prompts, custom AI workflows, skills, or automations
Ability to manage your own workload and move projects forward independently
English B2+

Nice to have:
Experience working directly with clients
Experience preparing creative performance reports
Experience with automation or no-code tools
Good understanding of Motion and Graphic Design production
