Oak Technology is a product company that has been building and scaling mobile and web products for more than 10 years. Its portfolio includes 200+ apps with 188M+ downloads and users in 200+ countries, most of them in Europe and the US.
Three business lines: ad-monetised mobile apps, subscription apps and web products, plus a gaming section
Own tech: AppCalibre, an in-house analytics and monetisation platform, and Oak Academy, an online learning platform with 150+ courses
Team: about 120 people in 7 product studios, working remotely across Turkey, Germany, the UK and Cyprus
Track record: several products scaled in both non-gaming and gaming, including the web version of a successful app

The product and the team
You'll join a web studio focused on micro-learning and EdTech web products. The current product has finished testing and is preparing for launch in Q4 2026, targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets. It is web-first, with an app version planned once it scales. The studio may also publish web versions of Oak's existing apps in other verticals, while keeping one main genre in focus.
The team is small and works in Ukrainian and Russian, so there is no language barrier day to day. It includes a studio lead, a product manager, a performance marketer, a UI designer, a developer and a motion designer, and it works closely with a second web studio inside the company. As Creative Producer, you will shape how this product grows from its first scaling steps.

What you'll do
Own the creative engine
Own the creative production engine that feeds the studio's paid user acquisition end-to-end: strategy, concepts and high-volume production of video, UGC and static ads for Meta, TikTok, Google App campaigns and other ad networks
Develop concepts at the hook, angle and script level; build systematic iterations from winning concepts and cut losers quickly
Track competitor creatives and market trends (ad libraries, category-winning patterns) and steer briefs accordingly
Keep a library of creative learnings (which hooks, formats and angles win) and share it with the team
Test and scale with Performance Marketing
Work in a tight testing loop with the Performance Marketing team, testing creatives on CPI and ROAS
Read results to find winning and profitably scaling creatives, and judge output by win and scale rate, not just volume
Lead the creative team
Manage and develop the creative team (motion designer, video editor, designer); plan production capacity and set a sustainable production rhythm
Give clear briefs, review output and keep the quality bar: produce a lot, but produce on target
Prioritise urgent tasks, track completion time in the task management tool, and step in early when delays start to repeat
Work across the studio
Align with Product on the value proposition and paywall messaging, with Data on creative analytics, with Motion/Design on production, and with Performance Marketing on the test plan and spend

What you bring
2+ years as a Creative Producer, Senior Creative Producer, Creative Marketing Manager, Creative Marketing Specialist or Creative Strategist at a web2web subscription B2C product; EdTech is a big plus
Hands-on experience creating and scaling paid social creatives for Meta and TikTok; Google/YouTube is a strong plus
Proven ownership of the full creative cycle: research hypothesis brief/script production with designers, motion, video and UGC launch performance readout iteration
Strong understanding of CTR, CVR, CPI, CPA, ROAS and LTV, and the ability to turn them into creative decisions
Experience writing clear briefs, scripts, hooks, angles and direct-response messaging for static, video, UGC and interactive creatives
Comfortable working with UA managers, motion and graphic designers, copywriters, UGC creators, product stakeholders and production teams
Ukrainian or Russian (the team's working language) and English at B2 / Upper-Intermediate or above

What makes you stand out
You use Meta Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, Similarweb, AppMagic and competitor tracking as a habit, not occasionally
You have built or improved a testing system or production workflow, not just worked inside an existing one
You balance creative taste with production discipline: asset specs, versioning, handoffs, trackers, deadlines, QA and platform constraints
You have experience with UGC, storytelling, creator-led content or emotionally strong hooks, ideally in EdTech
You use AI tools to speed up ideation and production: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Gemini, Claude, Kaiber or similar
You can share a growth story backed by numbers: where the product was, what you changed, and what happened to the metrics

What we offer

Remote work: fully remote, with reasonable overlap with Turkish and European business hours; periodic in-person sessions and company events
Days off: up to 20 days off per contract year (in the first year, from month 4), plus an extra day off on your birthday
Remote work allowance: EUR 235 per month, from January 2027
