We're looking for a CRM Manager to improve player engagement, retention, and reactivation through personalised, data-driven communication across the full player lifecycle.

This is a role for someone who wants to grow in iGaming CRM someone with a solid foundation in retention mechanics, an analytical mindset, and a hands-on approach to campaign execution. You'll be the voice that speaks to our players, ensuring they always receive the right message at the right time.

What you'll be doing
Campaign Setup & Execution
Set up, launch, and monitor CRM campaigns across all key channels: Email, Push, SMS, and In-App.
QA all campaign setups before launch: rigorously double-check targeting, links, bonus conditions, and communication logic to ensure a flawless player experience.

Lifecycle & Automation
Build and maintain trigger-based and automated communication flows.
Support communication across the main stages of the player lifecycle: onboarding, activation, retention, reactivation, and churn prevention.

Segmentation & Personalisation
Work deeply with player segmentation to personalise communications and tailor offers for different player cohorts.

Analytics & Optimisation
Analyse key CRM metrics (Open Rate, CTR, Conversion Rate, Retention, Reactivation, Churn).
Identify actionable opportunities for improvement and continuously optimise campaign performance.

What we're looking for
6+ months of experience in Retention or CRM within the iGaming industry.
Platform experience: Hands-on experience working with CRM platforms such as Customer.io, Smartico, or similar.
Channel expertise: Solid understanding of main CRM communication channels (Email, Push Notifications, SMS, In-App, and Onsite Messages).
CRM fundamentals: Basic understanding of player segmentation, personalisation, trigger-based communication, and casino bonus/promotional mechanics.
Data-driven mindset: Familiarity with key CRM metrics and a strong analytical approach.
Organisation & focus: High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
Confident in Excel / Google Sheets.
English Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have
Experience working with LATAM markets.
Experience running A/B tests on subject lines, send times, and creatives.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting.
Copywriting skills or experience working closely with localization and design teams.
