As a CRO Specialist (SMS Growth Direction), you'll turn our existing US email audiences into engaged SMS subscribers. You'll own the email-to-SMS acquisition funnel, launch new brands, test landing pages and creatives, and scale successful approaches across our portfolio of 100+ blogs.

You will work closely with SMS and email marketers, copywriters, creative and production teams, developers, data analysts, and our Compliance Manager, reporting to the Head of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
Own and improve the email-to-SMS funnel, from email clicks to completed SMS opt-ins.
Launch new brands within the SMS acquisition flow, coordinating sending-number setup and reviewing consent forms, Privacy Policies, and Terms & Conditions with our Compliance Manager.
Prepare clear briefs for landing page copy, visuals, and email creatives, and coordinate delivery with copywriters, designers, and developers.
Set up landing pages, creatives, campaigns, and tracking links in Keitaro and our CRM.
Build weekly email acquisition plans for each brand, specifying landing pages, creatives, and send dates.
Keep campaign materials and task boards up to date so email marketers have everything they need for each send.
Monitor daily opt-in performance by brand, landing page, creative, and topic.
Run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and identify approaches worth scaling.
Partner with the SMS marketer to use revenue data when prioritizing new brand launches and growth opportunities.
Create checklists, templates, and repeatable processes to support expansion from one live brand to 100+.

Requirements:
2+ years of relevant experience in growth marketing, conversion optimization, lead generation, performance marketing, landing pages and funnels, or marketing operations.
Experience working with the US market.
Hands-on experience running A/B tests for landing pages and creatives and making decisions based on data.
Experience with Keitaro or a similar click-tracking platform.
Confidence using Google Sheets or Excel for daily reporting and performance analysis.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams with clear briefs, deadlines, and follow-ups.
Experience with CRM systems and task management tools such as Notion.
English at B2 level or higher, sufficient to review US-market copy and work with consent and policy texts alongside our Compliance Manager.
Regular use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor for research, copy and briefs, data analysis, and routine automation, with careful review of outputs.
Practical experience with some of the following: HTML/CSS, basic SQL and databases, small AI-assisted tools or scripts, automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, or domain, DNS, and hosting setup.

Would be a plus:
Familiarity with TCPA and US SMS opt-in requirements.
Experience converting email subscribers into SMS subscribers through lead magnets, pre-landers, or opt-in forms.
Experience in affiliate marketing.
Knowledge of US SMS number registration, including 10DLC or toll-free verification.
