About the Role
We're looking for a Customer Support & Retention Specialist to join our Sweepstakes Gaming project focused on the US market.
You'll work with existing registered customers, build relationships, present special offers, and encourage customer engagement and repeat purchases.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing customers.
Present promotions, bonuses, and special offers.
Handle customer inquiries and objections.
Build strong customer relationships and improve retention.
Encourage repeat purchases and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
1+ year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, or Retention.
Experience in iGaming, Online Casino, or Sweepstakes is required.
Fluent English and Russian both languages are mandatory.
Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Comfortable with outbound calls and sales.
Must be physically located in an eligible US state.
Important: Online office format with camera and screen sharing during working hours.
