Join our Fraud & Risk Operations team! Open only to Ukrainian citizens permanently residing in Ukraine.

Our employees provide customer support exclusively in writing via the system (no phone calls).

We've been working with a German client for about two years – it's a major German e-commerce site with a wide range of products (clothing, jewelry, shoes, home goods).

We're currently looking for specialists with strong concentration, systematic thinking, and the ability to quickly analyze data to work in the Fraud & Risk Operations Department.

This is a Full-time position (8-hour workday) in the Anti-Fraud / Risk Operations department to support Western / European projects.

What you'll be doing – Fraud Operations & Risk Review
Investigate Fraud & Policy Abuse: Analyze accounts, transactions, behavior patterns, and customer claims (unauthorized access, fake profiles, identity theft) to identify fraud, abuse, and policy violations.
Resolve Complex Risk Cases: Handle end-to-end investigations across diverse case types, including account takeovers, payment/refund issues, missing deliveries, and process exploitation.
Conduct Checks & Verification: Assess evidence, run necessary checks (including payment system verification), and request additional data to reach well-reasoned decisions.
Detect Patterns & Anomalies: Identify recurring schemes, behavioral anomalies, and links between cases that signal new or coordinated fraudulent activity.
Make Decisions & Take Action: Apply consistent outcomes (account blocks, additional verification, claim approvals/refusals) in strict accordance with company policies and security standards.
Document Findings: Maintain clear and concise records of evidence, checks performed, decision rationales, and case outcomes in internal systems.

We're looking for people who:
Quickly get the hang of interfaces and work on a computer
Pay close attention to small details and anomalies
Love analytics, organization, and results-oriented work
Are not afraid of monotonous or repetitive analytical workthey know how to identify patterns
Have a command of English at the Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
Are ready for a full 8-hour workday (40 hours per week)

Training and Support
During your first few weeks on the job, you'll gradually ease into the workflow and master all the necessary tools:
Support from the team lead: The Team Lead will hold regular meetings, answer questions, and help you analyze complex or unusual fraud cases.
Openness to questions: Asking questions and seeking guidance during your first few weeks is a normal and encouraged part of the onboarding process.
