We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (English Desk) to join our team and provide high-quality support for an international consumer technology business. In this role, you will help customers resolve their inquiries, deliver a positive customer experience, and collaborate with different teams to find effective solutions.

Your future responsibilities include:
Handling customer inquiries through chats, support tickets, and outbound calls in a professional and empathetic manner;
Investigating customer issues and providing accurate, timely, and effective solutions;
Performing back-office tasks and maintaining accurate customer records and case documentation;
Collaborating with internal teams and other departments to resolve complex customer requests;
Managing multiple tasks and customer conversations while maintaining high service quality;
Learning and applying company policies, procedures, and relevant consumer regulations.

Needed experience & skills:
Preferably 6+ months of experience in Customer Support (motivated candidates without prior experience are also welcome);
Advanced English proficiency: C1 written and B2+ spoken;
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills;
Genuine empathy, a customer-oriented mindset, and a willingness to help;
Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear, structured responses;
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and remain composed under pressure;
Strong attention to detail, ownership, and accountability;
Team-oriented attitude, adaptability, and eagerness to learn.

Nice to have skills:
Experience handling multiple chats or support tickets simultaneously;
Knowledge of additional European languages;
Experience supporting international customers or working with complex products and services.
