HostZealot is an international hosting provider: VPS, dedicated servers, domains, and cloud services for customers worldwide. We're not just selling infrastructure we're building long-term relationships. Our Sales & Billing team is the first and most consistent point of contact for most of our clients.
We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, knows how to stay calm under pressure, and takes real ownership of every customer interaction. If you want a role where your communication skills matter as much as your technical curiosity keep reading.

What You'll Do
– Handle customer inquiries via tickets, email, and live chat promptly and professionally;
– Consult customers on our products: VPS, dedicated servers, domains, locations, configurations, and add-ons;
– Guide customers through the full journey from first question to order, payment, renewal, or cancellation;
– Resolve billing questions: invoices, payments, and service adjustments;
– Coordinate with Technical and Billing teams on complex cases, escalate when needed with full context;
– Hand over open cases between shifts so customers never have to repeat themselves;
– Spot upsell opportunities not to push, but to genuinely recommend when it's the right fit;
– Help improve response templates and the knowledge base.

What We're Looking For

Experience:
– 1+ year in customer support, helpdesk, sales, or any customer-facing role;
– Basic understanding of hosting concepts: VPS/VDS, dedicated servers, domains, DNS, IP enough to explain them confidently to a client;
– Experience with ticketing systems, billing platforms, or CRM tools (any stack).

Languages:

– English B1+ confident written communication; ability to hold a conversation with international clients;
– Ukrainian and/or Russian fluent written communication.

– Multitasker comfortable managing several conversations in parallel without losing context.
