Our client is a fast-growing US-market tech startup in the entertainment and rewards space. You'll be the main point of contact for their highest-value users the ones who are most engaged, most active, and most important to keep happy. This isn't ticket-closing support. It's relationship management: proactive, personal, and responsive. You'll chat with VIP users, understand what they need, and make sure they stay engaged with the platform.

What you'll do
Manage direct communication with VIP and high-value users via in-app chat and other channels
Respond to questions, issues, and feedback quickly and with genuine care
Identify patterns in VIP behavior and flag risks or opportunities to the team
Maintain a warm, engaging tone that keeps users coming back

What we're looking for
3+ years in customer support or community management in a B2C or gaming product
Excellent written English this is the number one requirement
Highly responsive and available; US users should receive replies within 8-12 hours
Natural communicator who knows how to build rapport with people online
Comfortable working independently in a small startup team

Format
Part-time, 60%: either 3 days/week (8h/day) or 5 days/week (5h/day).
