Our team has already built a profitable mobile app business in the utility sector, and now we're applying our experience to the health and wellness niche. Supported by an established international business group with over 25 years of experience in the digital sector, we're combining the stability of a mature business with the speed and ownership of an early-stage team.

We're developing our products from the ground up and growing our team in the areas of product development, marketing, data analysis, creative design and engineering.

About the Role

Mission
Build a data-driven product development process by defining, tracking, and analyzing key metrics across the entire user journey.
Key Challenges
Establish scalable analytics frameworks, standardized reporting, and reliable data instrumentation across multiple mobile products.
Team
You'll work closely with Product Managers, Marketing, and Engineering, serving as the primary analytics partner for our mobile apps.

What You'll Do
Partner with Product Managers and Marketing to define, track, and analyze key metrics across the entire user journey from pre-install acquisition to monetization,
Build and maintain scalable analytics frameworks across multiple Android and iOS applications, ensuring consistent data quality and consistent metric definitions,
Lead data instrumentation by defining tracking requirements, event structures, and implementation standards across all products,
Create and maintain dashboards using Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, or similar tools to enable data-driven decision-making across Product, Marketing, and leadership,
Measure and analyze the impact of product features, onboarding flows, AI-powered functionality, and marketing campaigns on acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization,
Own analytics for a portfolio of mobile products while documenting and standardizing metric definitions and reporting frameworks.

What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar analytics role,
Advanced SQL skills with experience working with large-scale datasets,
Strong proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar,
Experience using Python or R for statistical analysis, automation, and data modeling,
Experience with LTV and revenue forecasting,
Strong understanding of advertising monetization, product analytics, web analytics, and subscription-based business models,
Experience with database design and UML diagrams,
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and analytics engineering tools such as dbt,
English level C1 or above.

Nice to Have
Experience in the Health & Wellness, mobile apps, or subscription-based products domain,
Experience working in an early-stage product environment,
Familiarity with AI tools and automation.
