We're looking for an experienced BI Analyst who knows how to turn data into valuable business insights for fast-growing DTC brands. You'll focus on building high-impact dashboards and reports that help stakeholders understand business performance and make better decisions. You know how to blend technical expertise with commercial understanding, and you're always looking for ways to improve reporting and uncover new opportunities.
You'll work closely with stakeholders, analyse business performance, and ensure data delivers clear insights into retention, profitability, and forecasting.
What you'll do
Build, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports in Tableau to provide clear insights into business performance
Use SQL to extract, analyse, and transform data into meaningful and actionable insights
Work with APIs and different data sources to support accurate and reliable reporting
Develop reporting around key business metrics, including customer retention, subscription performance, profitability, and forecasting
Translate complex data into clear visualisations and insights that stakeholders can understand and act on
Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities to improve business performance
Apply best practices in data visualisation and continuously improve reporting based on business needs
About you
Several years of experience as a BI Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or in a related role
Previous experience working with DTC brands, ideally within a subscription-based business model
Strong SQL skills and experience working with APIs
Must have previous experience with Tableau
Experienced in building dashboards and reports that support business decision-making
Able to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into action
Strong understanding of subscription metrics, particularly retention, profitability, and forecasting
Exceptionally organised, able to work independently and manage priorities effectively
Data-driven, curious, and always looking to uncover insights and improve performance
Conversational in English
Bonus points if
You have experience working with subscription-based DTC brands and understand their key business metrics
You have experience with customer retention, churn analysis, cohort analysis, or customer lifetime value (LTV)
You enjoy translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
You have experience supporting financial or commercial forecasting
You're proactive in identifying opportunities to improve reporting, processes, and data quality
