We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer for our client, a global publicly traded technology company building one of the leading advertising technology platforms in the international market.

About the Client

Our client is an established global technology company with 15+ years in the market, engineering and business teams across multiple countries, and customers and partners around the world.

The company develops a large-scale AdTech and data platform connecting advertisers, agencies, publishers, and media companies. Its technology powers programmatic advertising across web, mobile, video, and Connected TV (CTV), processing enormous volumes of real-time traffic and data every day.

Unlike a typical SaaS product, the platform operates on globally distributed, high-performance infrastructure where millions of requests per second, low latency, availability, and infrastructure efficiency are core engineering challenges.

The engineering environment includes large-scale cloud and on-premise infrastructure, Kubernetes, AWS, infrastructure-as-code, GitOps, sophisticated networking, observability, and extensive automation.

For a DevOps engineer, this means working with infrastructure where scalability and reliability are real production challenges, not theoretical ones.

The Role

You will join the client's engineering organization and work directly with its DevOps and development teams.

The role combines hands-on infrastructure engineering with architecture, automation, production operations, and continuous improvement of systems running at global scale.

What You'll Do

* Design, implement, and manage major infrastructure components and production systems
* Build automation for large-scale, high-performance server infrastructure
* Manage and improve production Kubernetes environments, including cloud and on-premise deployments
* Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
* Develop and maintain infrastructure using Terraform
* Implement and improve GitOps-based deployment workflows
* Participate in architecture decisions related to infrastructure, networking, scalability, and reliability
* Monitor and deploy new production applications and environments
* Investigate and resolve complex production and infrastructure issues
* Improve observability, automation, deployment reliability, and operational efficiency
* Collaborate directly with software engineers and other infrastructure teams

Requirements

* 4+ years of hands-on DevOps experience with production Linux environments
* Strong production experience with Kubernetes, including EKS and/or on-premise environments
* Strong understanding of networking and connectivity, including:
* routes and subnets
* DNS
* load balancers
* service mesh
* Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
* Practical experience with GitOps methodologies
* Experience with tools such as Argo CD, Kustomize, or similar
* Strong production experience with Terraform
* Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash
* English sufficient for direct communication within an international engineering team

Nice to Have

* Deep AWS experience, particularly with EKS, VPC, Transit Gateway, EC2, RDS, IAM, and CloudFront
* Hands-on experience with Istio
* Experience with observability and monitoring platforms such as Datadog, Grafana, and Prometheus
* Experience developing or maintaining Kubernetes Operators
* Previous experience with high-load, distributed, or real-time production systems

Why This Role

This isn't a DevOps role focused primarily on maintaining a standard cloud environment.

You'll be working with large-scale production infrastructure supporting a global real-time technology platform, where networking, Kubernetes, automation, deployment architecture, reliability, and performance directly affect the product.

You'll have the opportunity to work with experienced infrastructure engineers, solve engineering problems at significant scale, and contribute to systems used globally.
