Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns, with a primary focus on LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads
Research target audiences and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns and messaging.
Create and test advertising copy, creative concepts, and offers tailored to a US B2B audience.
Run A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and landing pages, evaluate results, and scale successful approaches.
Manage advertising budgets and optimize cost per qualified lead.
Track campaign performance, website conversions, and lead quality.
Identify improvements to landing page messaging and lead capture forms to increase campaign conversions.
Test additional channels, including Instagram, Threads, and relevant professional communities.
Use AI tools to support research, content creation, campaign testing, and reporting.
Work closely with the sales team to assess lead quality and improve targeting and messaging.
Prepare regular performance reports with clear findings and recommendations.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including B2B IT marketing.
Experience running campaigns targeting the US market.
Hands-on experience launching and optimizing LinkedIn Ads and Facebook Ads.
Understanding of B2B lead generation, the customer journey, and the sales funnel.
Ability to create effective advertising copy and develop clear creative briefs.
Experience with A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
Experience with Google Analytics, conversion tracking.
Practical experience using AI tools in everyday marketing tasks.
Ability to review AI-generated content for accuracy, brand consistency, and relevance to the target audience.
Strong written English for creating marketing content for a US audience.
Strong planning skills, a proactive approach, and ownership of results.

Nice to Have:

Experience promoting DevOps, cloud solutions, FinOps or other IT services.
Experience generating B2B leads through organic social media content and professional communities.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation.
Experience building AI-powered workflows and integrating marketing tools.
Experience testing new social platforms and developing repeatable lead generation processes.
