Turbo Games is a fast-growing iGaming provider specializing in innovative crash, instant, and slot games. We create engaging gaming experiences for players worldwide and continuously expand our presence in the international iGaming market.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital PR & Partnerships Manager to strengthen our brand presence, develop strategic partnerships, and increase our visibility across the iGaming industry.
In this role, you will connect with industry media, affiliates, content creators, and potential partners, turning new connections into successful collaborations, publications, awards, and valuable backlinks.

Requirements:
– 1+ year of experience in digital PR, outreach, partnerships, or link building.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple partnerships, conversations, and follow-ups simultaneously.
– Experience managing corporate social media accounts.
– Confidence in using automation and AI tools to optimize daily workflows.
– Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a results-oriented approach.

Responsibilities:
– Digital PR & Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with iGaming media, affiliate websites, industry platforms, and directories to secure publications, interviews, expert comments, and brand features.
– Partnerships & Collaborations:Identify and engage with marketing agencies, streamers, influencers, and content creators to develop mutually beneficial partnerships and co-marketing opportunities.
– Industry Awards: Research relevant iGaming awards, prepare and submit nominations, and manage deadlines and follow-ups.
– Link Building: Identify relevant websites and negotiate backlink placements, guest articles, and directory listings to strengthen the brand's online presence.
– Social Media Management: Manage and grow Turbo Games' corporate social media accounts, including LinkedIn, Telegram, and other relevant platforms.
– Content Coordination: Develop and maintain social media content plans, oversee publication quality, engage with the community, and support audience growth, leveraging existing automation processes.
– Tracking & Reporting:Monitor outreach activities, partnerships, media publications, backlinks, and social media performance to evaluate results and identify new opportunities.

Nice to Have
– Experience in the iGaming, gambling, or gaming industry.
– An established network of contacts in iGaming media, affiliate marketing, or content creation.
– Experience managing B2B social media, particularly LinkedIn.
– Basic understanding of SEO principles and backlink strategies.
