Fit4Me is looking for an Email Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of email marketing and grow it into a standalone revenue channel.

You'll run email marketing end to end: build the strategy, set up automated flows in Reteno, run A/B tests, and work with segmentation and content.

You'll work with a database of 600K1M users across the US, UK, Canada, Australia, and the EU. Email currently drives less than 1% of purchases, with a goal of reaching 1.52% during your probation period.

This is a solo role reporting directly to the Chief Growth Officer.

Impact areas:Audit existing flows (abandoned quiz / checkout, onboarding, upsell, retention, win-back) and implement changes that drive the biggest increase in purchases.
Maintain a backlog of hypotheses and A/B tests from subject lines and offers to timing and flow logic and take every test through to a clear conclusion.
Segment the audience by behavior, funnel stage, geography, and quiz responses, and personalize messaging based on user data.
Analyze the funnel (Delivered Open Click Checkout Purchase Revenue), work with Product and Analytics to set up tracking and attribution, and regularly report on email's contribution to business metrics.
Maintain domain reputation and list health: bounce, spam, and unsubscribe rates, as well as consent and compliance requirements across the EU, UK, US, Canada, and Australia.
Write email copy; design is handled by the UX team.
Propose how to grow the channel further and back your recommendations with data for the Chief Growth Officer.

What we expect from you:3+ years of commercial experience in Email / CRM / Lifecycle Marketing for subscription-based products (B2C or B2B).
Experience owning email channel performance end to end from strategy to purchases, not just campaign execution.
A proven example of growing email-driven revenue or sales that you can break down into steps and numbers: what you changed, how you measured it, and what impact it had.
Hands-on experience independently setting up and launching lifecycle and trigger-based flows with measurable results.
Experience running A/B tests: how you formulate hypotheses, evaluate results, and decide what to scale.
Ability to work with core business metrics (Purchase CR, revenue per send, LTV, retention) and assess attribution and incrementality.
Strong understanding of email deliverability: domain reputation, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), IP/domain warming, and recovering inbox placement.
Hands-on experience with ESPs (Reteno, Braze, Customer.io, Klaviyo, or similar): segmentation, flows, and reporting.
Experience running email campaigns across international markets (US, UK, Canada, Australia, EU) and understanding consent requirements: GDPR / ePrivacy / CAN-SPAM / CASL.
English at B2+ level.
Nice to have:Experience in Health & Fitness / Wellness.
Experience with Amplitude, Tableau, or other analytics / BI tools.
