We're looking for a Game Designer / Game Producer who can turn ideas into clear documentation, design engaging gameplay systems, and help the team keep development focused on the right priorities.
The initial project is a children's mobile game combining Tamagotchi-style care mechanics, progression, and educational mini-games. We also work on other mobile, PC, and web games, with opportunities to contribute across projects.

Skills and experience we're looking for
Experience writing and maintaining clear, structured Game Design Documents (GDDs).
Ability to design gameplay mechanics, progression systems, rewards, and game balance.
Confidence working with spreadsheets to model, test, and adjust balance.
Ability to create concise briefs and actionable requirements for developers, artists, and other team members.
Strong communication skills: gathering input from stakeholders, asking the right questions, clarifying requirements, and agreeing on details before implementation.
Basic experience with game analytics: understanding key metrics, defining what should be tracked, and using data to inform design decisions.
Ability to collaborate with the development team, identify dependencies, and set priorities based on player needs, project goals, and available resources.
Understanding of mobile game UX, onboarding, and how to introduce mechanics through clear, accessible interactions.
English at B2 level or higher, sufficient for written communication and calls.
Experience reviewing game builds, providing actionable feedback, and checking that implemented features match the agreed game design.

Nice to have
Experience taking a game from concept through release.
Experience managing or coordinating a multidisciplinary team.
Experience owning client or stakeholder communication, including presentations, approvals, and scope discussions.
Experience with educational games or products for children, including age-appropriate mechanics and learning goals.
