We're an e-commerce business operating across 6+ countries with a cash-on-delivery (COD) model. We currently are scaling on Meta Ads and are looking for a Google Ads specialist to build and scale our next acquisition channel.
This is a hands-on role: you will own the setup, launch, daily management and scaling of Google Ads across multiple products and markets.
Responsibilities
Develop the Google Ads strategy and campaign structure by country and product.
Launch and optimize Search, Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
Set up and manage Merchant Center, product feeds, GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
Connect advertising performance with confirmed and delivered COD orders.
Manage budgets, bidding, search terms, product segmentation and ongoing testing.
Report on CPA, ROAS, cost per delivered order and profitability.
Coordinate new product launches with our internal team.
Essential requirements
Recent, hands-on Google Ads experience with e-commerce selling physical products.
Proven experience managing approximately $300500/day or more in Google Ads spend.
Strong practical knowledge of Shopping, Performance Max, Merchant Center and feed optimization.
Ability to independently implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking.
Verifiable case studies demonstrating your personal contribution and results.
COD experience, offline conversion imports, international campaigns, Shopify, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads are strong advantages.
Working arrangement
Fully remote.
20-30 hours/week, MondayFriday.
Long-term collaboration.
