We're looking for a Performance Marketing Graphic Designer to create high-performing static and visual advertising at scale. This isn't a traditional brand-design position. Design static advertising for Meta and other paid acquisition channels.
Develop visually distinct concepts across different formats, audiences, messaging strategies, and creative styles.
Turn Creative Strategist briefs into compelling performance advertising.
Rapidly iterate on winning creative based on performance data.
Develop multiple meaningful variations without simply making superficial changes to existing designs.

Build reusable Figma components, templates, and systems that increase production speed without making creative repetitive.
Collaborate closely with Creative Strategists, Paid Media, Editors, Production, and other Growth teams.

Generating and manipulating imagery.
Rapid visual concept exploration.
Creating environments, compositions, backgrounds, and supporting visual assets.
Producing variations of existing concepts.
Accelerating image editing and adaptation.
Exploring creative directions before committing to full execution.
Building repeatable AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual production time.

Strong proficiency in Figma.
Strong Photoshop/image-manipulation skills.
Excellent typography, hierarchy, composition, and visual communication skills.
Strong understanding of direct-response advertising and designing for conversion.
