About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Growth Lead to validate demand, drive customer acquisition, and scale digital products across emerging technology and consumer-focused markets.
You will work across growth strategy, experimentation, analytics, and monetization, turning hypotheses into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and validate growth and market hypotheses.
Identify target audiences, value propositions, pricing, and acquisition channels.
Launch and optimize paid campaigns, landing pages, and growth experiments.
Improve acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization funnels.
Conduct customer research, market validation, and B2B outreach.
Track CAC, LTV, conversion rates, retention, and channel profitability.
Use AI tools and automation to improve growth operations.
Make data-driven decisions on which channels and initiatives to scale.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Growth, Product Growth, or Performance Marketing.
Hands-on experience scaling digital products from 0 to 1.
Strong understanding of acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization.
Experience with paid acquisition, experimentation, and growth analytics.
Ability to independently execute tests and analyze results.
Strong analytical skills, ownership, and an execution-oriented mindset.
Confident English communication skills.
Experience in AI products, digital health, wellness, subscription models, or international growth is a plus.
