Growth Manager | iGaming | Canada, Australia & New Zealand
We are developing a new iGaming project for Canada, Australia and New Zealand and are looking for a Growth Manager to help build and improve our growth channels, with a focus on affiliate partnerships and acquisition performance.
What you'll do:
Support growth across Canada, Australia and New Zealand.
Identify and develop partnerships with affiliates, SEO partners, media owners and traffic providers.
Help structure and manage CPA, Revenue Share and hybrid deals.
Track channel performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic quality and conversion.
Coordinate growth initiatives with marketing and product teams.
Test and optimize approaches to acquiring and engaging players across the target markets.
Build partner relationships and contribute to the development of the affiliate channel.
What we're looking for:
Experience in growth, acquisition or affiliate marketing within iGaming.
Familiarity with Canada, Australia and New Zealand or other Tier 1 markets.
Experience working with affiliates or external traffic providers.
Understanding of CPA, Revenue Share and hybrid commercial models.
Confidence using performance data to assess and improve growth activity.
A hands-on approach and ability to work in a developing project environment.
