Senior Product & Growth Marketing Manager (AI/SaaS)

Our client is an international product technology company and one of the top 10 web hosting providers in the United States.
The company is launching and scaling an innovative AI-powered product that allows users to create complete professional websites from scratch without coding or web design skills.
A user describes their business or idea, and the AI creates:
Website architecture and page structure
Visual concept and design
Page layouts and navigation
Written content and images
A complete, launch-ready website
The product is designed for entrepreneurs, small businesses, freelancers, creators, marketers, consultants, and agencies.
We are looking for a Senior Product & Growth Marketing Manager who will develop and execute the product's growth strategy in the US and other English-speaking markets.
About the Role
The main objective is to build an efficient and scalable customer acquisition strategy without relying on multimillion-dollar advertising budgets.
One of the key growth channels will be an educational product: a practical course, academy, challenge, webinar series, or learning program that teaches people how to create high-quality websites and launch digital projects using AI.
The second major direction will be promotion through bloggers, creators, educators, and industry experts across YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, newsletters, podcasts, and professional communities.
We need a strong hands-on marketer who can combine strategy with execution: research the market, identify growth opportunities, launch experiments, negotiate partnerships, analyze results, and scale successful channels.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the go-to-market and growth strategy for the AI product.
Identify priority customer segments, use cases, pain points, and purchase triggers.
Create clear product positioning and messaging for the US market.
Build an education-led acquisition funnel from initial content to product registration, website creation, publication, and paid conversion.
Participate in developing a practical course, academy, webinars, tutorials, templates, and product demonstrations.
Build a creator and influencer marketing strategy.
Find relevant AI experts, business creators, marketers, designers, technology reviewers, and niche bloggers.
Manage outreach, negotiations, campaign briefs, integrations, and performance analysis.
Develop affiliate, referral, and partnership programs.
Launch content, community, organic, paid, and partnership-based growth experiments.
Use paid advertising selectively to validate audiences, messages, and acquisition funnels.
Work with landing pages, email sequences, lead magnets, webinars, retargeting, and product onboarding.
Analyze the customer journey and identify opportunities to improve activation and conversion.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Content, and Development teams.
Coordinate freelancers, creators, agencies, and other external partners.
Track marketing performance and make decisions based on measurable business results.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a similar role.
Experience launching or scaling SaaS, AI, no-code, EdTech, MarTech, website-building, or other digital products.
Proven ability to grow products with controlled and performance-focused marketing budgets.
Practical experience with influencer, creator, affiliate, or partnership marketing.
Experience developing educational funnels, online courses, academies, webinars, workshops, or product onboarding programs.
Strong understanding of the US digital market and customer behavior.
Knowledge of content marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, and conversion optimization.
Experience conducting customer research and creating product positioning and messaging.
Strong analytical skills and understanding of CAC, LTV, retention, attribution, cohorts, and conversion funnels.
Ability to manage several marketing initiatives and external partners simultaneously.
Upper-Intermediate or higher English, including confident written and verbal communication.
Independent, proactive, and results-oriented working style.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing products in the United States.
Experience with generative AI or conversational AI tools.
Knowledge of website builders, web hosting, domains, WordPress, or no-code platforms.
An existing network of English-speaking bloggers, creators, AI educators, or technology reviewers.
Experience building affiliate and revenue-sharing programs.
Experience with product-led, education-led, or community-led growth.
Understanding of the needs of entrepreneurs, freelancers, agencies, and small businesses.

Who Will Succeed in This Role
This position is best suited for a strong Senior individual contributor or hands-on Marketing Lead who can think strategically but is also comfortable personally launching campaigns, communicating with creators, testing funnels, and analyzing performance.
We are not looking for a CMO or VP-level executive who is focused exclusively on managing a large department and significant advertising budgets.
The ideal candidate knows how to find efficient growth opportunities, validate them quickly, and scale the channels that deliver measurable results.
