About the role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can build marketing as a systematic channel for generating new business not only at the strategy level, but also hands-on.
Currently, the marketing function consists of one person, so we are looking for a hands-on specialist who can combine strategic thinking with execution: developing strategies, launching campaigns, building funnels, testing hypotheses, working with analytics, AI, and automation.
The main goal of the role is to acquire new clients and generate new business through digital and performance marketing.
Cold lead generation and direct client communication are handled by other teams. Your area of responsibility will be marketing funnels, campaigns, automation, AI, and technical marketing projects.

What you will do
Growth experimentation & channel discovery
Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Build and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels from the initial idea and offer to launch, analytics, and optimization.
Launch and manage advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
Test and optimize hypotheses, channels, audiences, creatives, and offers.
Continuously explore new tools, channels, and AI solutions to scale marketing.
Plan and manage the marketing budget and evaluate the effectiveness of its allocation.

Content production with AI
Use AI in marketing to create and test creatives, research audiences, analyze performance, optimize campaigns, and automate processes.
Explore and implement AI-powered tools that can improve marketing efficiency and scalability.
Work with creative teams and apply basic copywriting principles to support campaign development.

Email marketing & automation
Build and optimize email and messenger automation.
Develop automated lead nurturing and lifecycle campaigns.
Build and optimize automated funnels to support acquisition and conversion.

Social media & LinkedIn content
Develop and test relevant social and professional-network marketing initiatives.
Work with LinkedIn and other relevant channels as part of the overall acquisition strategy.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads and/or ABM is a plus.

Marketing automation & AI workflows
Build technical marketing projects, including landing pages, CRM integrations, email/messenger automation, and automated funnels.
Set up and optimize marketing automation workflows using tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive marketing processes using AI and no-code/low-code tools.

Conversion funnel optimization
Analyze funnel performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Set up and develop marketing analytics using Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, tracking, and end-to-end analytics.
Analyze key metrics such as CAC, CPL, ROMI, conversion rates, and overall funnel performance, and make data-driven decisions.
Continuously test, measure, and optimize marketing activities based on performance data.

In the future
Build and develop a marketing team as the function grows.

What we expect
4+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 1 year in a hands-on role where you independently launched and managed marketing campaigns.
Practical experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and/or other performance marketing channels.
Experience building marketing funnels from scratch.
Practical experience using AI in marketing not just for content generation, but also for automation, analytics, testing, and optimization.
Solid understanding of web analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, tracking, and end-to-end analytics.
Experience working with CRM systems and marketing automation.
Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
Ability to work as both a strategist and an executor from defining a task to independently launching it and analyzing the results.
Strong analytical thinking and a clear focus on business outcomes.
Experience managing a marketing budget.
English B2+.

Nice to have
Experience in B2B marketing, IT, technology, or professional services.
Experience building a marketing function from scratch.
Experience with no-code/low-code tools.
Experience building automated lead nurturing and lifecycle campaigns.
Basic knowledge of copywriting and experience working with creative teams.
Experience with LinkedIn Ads and/or ABM.
