Our business operates at high volume, which means growth is not only about running campaigns. It's also about building the infrastructure that allows our media buying teams to scale.
We work with major advertising platforms and continuously expand our access to new accounts, markets, and opportunities.

The Role
We're looking for a Growth Operations Manager who will own the process of sourcing, opening, and activating new corporate advertising accounts across major global ad networks such as Taboola, Microsoft/Bing, Outbrain, and others.
This is not a standard media buying or campaign management role.
You'll be the operational engine connecting external advertising platforms with our internal Legal, Tech, Finance, and Media Buying teams.
Your goal is simple: get accounts opened, approved, funded, and ready for our media buyers to scale.

What You'll Do
Open New Advertising Accounts
Identify and secure new corporate advertising accounts across AMERICAS, EMEA, and APAC
Work toward clear monthly account-opening targets
Research platform requirements and build the process needed to get accounts activated
Manage multiple onboarding pipelines simultaneously
Build Platform Relationships
Identify the right Account Managers, Business Development Representatives, and other stakeholders
Reach out directly and build relationships with key people at major ad networks
Move beyond standard support channels when necessary
Develop a network of contacts that can help accelerate future onboarding
Drive the Process End-to-End
Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Tech, and Media Buying teams
Collect and provide corporate documents, tax information, domains, tracking assets, and financial deposits
Track every requirement and make sure nothing gets stuck
Take ownership from the initial contact all the way to account activation
Manage Complex Operations
Handle dozens of concurrent onboarding processes
Manage 50+ ongoing email threads and multiple communication channels
Keep different corporate entities, documents, and platform requirements completely separated
Maintain accurate records across CRMs and internal workflows
Make sure there are no administrative or copy-paste mistakes
Push Things Forward
Follow up consistently with both internal and external stakeholders
Don't let documents or requests sit unanswered
Identify bottlenecks and find ways around them
When a standard support channel says no", find the right person who can actually help
Solve problems independently instead of waiting for instructions

What You Bring
Proven experience in operations, project management, B2B relationship management, ad tech onboarding, or a similar role
Experience working with multiple processes, CRMs, workflows, and communication channels at the same time
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to communicate effectively with different stakeholders, regions, and cultures
A strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently
Persistence and excellent follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing track of details
Experience in digital advertising, affiliate marketing, or performance marketing is a major plus
Good English for daily communication with international platforms and partners
