We are looking for a highly proactive and ambitious Growth Operations Manager to take ownership of critical operational processes and drive company goals forward.
This role is for someone who is extremely organized, autonomous, persistent, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at the same time.

What you'll do:
Manage multiple operational projects and workflows simultaneously.
Coordinate and assign tasks across internal teams.
Track deadlines, follow up, and make sure tasks actually get completed.
Communicate with external partners and account managers.
Research and find relevant contacts and decision-makers.
Identify bottlenecks and proactively find solutions.
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking across multiple accounts and projects.
Review work carefully before external submission.
Take ownership of operational KPIs and business goals.

What we're looking for:
3+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Project Management, Account Management, Growth Operations, or a similar role.
Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
Strong ownership mentality and ability to work autonomously.
Proactive problem-solving you don't wait for someone to tell you the next step.
Persistence and confidence in following up with both internal and external stakeholders.
Strong research and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects/accounts without mixing information.
Strong English.
