This position is open on behalf of our partner company, Scantra AB (Stockholm, Sweden).
Scantra is a long-established Swedish company based in Stockholm that helps businesses across the Nordics with branded merchandise and promotional products. Like many Swedish companies, they believe in long-term relationships, mutual respect and taking good care of their people. Now they're starting a new chapter: with fresh investment and a new digital platform, they're ready to grow, and want to build a strong lead generation function to drive that growth

About the role:
You'll be the person who turns ideas into pipeline. Scantra's board brings deep marketing experience and no shortage of ideas, and they need someone who can take them from the whiteboard to a working campaign, then give honest feedback on what works and what doesn't. They value people who think for themselves, bring their own ideas to the table, and are ready to stand up for them.This is the first hire in what will become a dedicated lead generation team. As the company grows, it will add more team members, with this role naturally evolving into a Team Lead position.

Key Responsibilities:
Build our lead and marketing database from scratch and keep it clean and useful;
Set up AI-powered workflows to research, qualify and enrich leads;
Work with the board and sales team to define who our ideal customers are;
Launch and run multichannel campaigns across LinkedIn, email and paid ads;
Turn warm conversations into meetings and hand qualified leads over to sales;
Measure what works, test new ideas and keep improving results;
Later on, help hire and grow the team around you.
Requirements:
2+ years in lead generation, SDR;
Hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Apollo, Sales Navigator, LinkedHelper and HubSpot (or similar);
Experience creating AI and automation and workflows;
A data-driven mindset and the habit of taking ownership;
Confident written and spoken English (B2 level or above);
Experience running email outreach and paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google or Meta, or being ready to learn;
