We are looking for a Head of Account Management to lead our Account Management function, driving long-term partner success and sustainable business growth. In this role, you will own the entire client lifecycle, optimize account management processes, strengthen strategic partnerships, and shaping a team committed to delivering high-quality service to our partners.

Responsibilities:
Build, develop, and scale the Account Management department;
Hire, mentor, and manage the Account Management team, ensuring high performance and professional growth;
Own relationships with key partners, including operators, aggregators, and platform providers;
Develop and optimize client management processes to improve operational efficiency and service quality;
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnership development;
Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Integration, Support, and Finance teams to ensure seamless partner experience;
Monitor client satisfaction, service quality, and team performance against KPIs;
Contribute to improving the company's brand reputation and overall customer experience.

Requirements:
Experience in Senior Account Management, Partnerships, or other client-facing roles within the iGaming industry;
A track record of building and improving Account Management teams and processes;
Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem, including operators, aggregators and platforms;
Strong commercial and negotiation skills;
Data-driven mindset (Tableau, Power BI);
Solid understanding of key iGaming metrics, including GGR, NGR, LTV, and retention;
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
