Requirements:
– Proven experience in a senior Account Management leadership role within iGaming;
– Strong track record of managing and scaling high-performing AM teams;
– Deep understanding of the iGaming ecosystem (operators, aggregators, providers);
– Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and client retention; – Experience managing Tier 1 operators and strategic partnerships;
– Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation and contract management;
– Solid understanding of key KPIs (GGR, NGR, LTV, retention, etc.);
– Experience with integrations, product launches, and operational workflows;
– Data-driven mindset with experience using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI);
– Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
– Ability to define strategy, set KPIs, and optimize team performance;
– Experience in regulated markets (e.g., UK, Italy, LATAM, Brazil) is a strong advantage;
– Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities:
-Lead, manage, and develop the Account Management team, ensuring high performance and continuous growth;
– Define and execute the overall AM strategy aligned with company revenue and expansion goals;
– Own and drive revenue growth across all managed accounts;
– Oversee key client relationships, including Tier 1 operators and strategic partners;
– Establish KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks for the AM team;
– Monitor client performance (GGR, NGR, engagement) and ensure optimization strategies are in place;
– Identify upsell, cross-sell, and new business opportunities across the portfolio;
– Oversee game launches, integrations, and promotional strategies with clients;
– Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Compliance, and Finance teams;
– Lead commercial negotiations and support contract discussions for key accounts;
– Ensure effective client communication, including business reviews and escalation management;
– Drive best practices, processes, and standardization within the AM function;
– Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform strategy;
– Oversee CRM, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency;
– Support expansion into new markets and partnerships;
– Mentor and coach team members, including onboarding and training programs.
