Розташування:

We are looking for a Head of Partner Network to build and lead the affiliate direction across several iGaming brands.
This role comes with full ownership of the function: from defining the partner network model and commercial strategy to building the team, processes, and partner base. You will be responsible for traffic growth, partner performance, P&L, and the overall efficiency of the channel.

A major part of the role will be developing a strong network of webmasters and affiliate partners, creating competitive commercial conditions, and deciding how traffic should be distributed and scaled across different brands and markets.

What Will You Do:
Build the Partner Network from scratch: define its structure, positioning, commercial model, processes, and 12-month development roadmap.
Develop and grow a strong base of webmasters and affiliate partners, including direct acquisition, negotiations, retention, and partner development.
Own partner commercial terms and incentive models, continuously improving deals based on traffic quality and profitability.
Plan and manage traffic volumes across the group's brands and markets, identifying where and how traffic can be scaled.
Own the financial performance of the direction, including budgets, margins, forecasts, KPIs, and P&L.
Set up clear onboarding, tracking, quality control, payouts, and anti-fraud processes.
Build and manage the Partner Network team, including Affiliate Managers, Business Development, and support functions.
Create reporting and performance standards that give clear visibility into partner, GEO, brand, and channel profitability.

What We are Looking For:
5+ years of experience in iGaming / gambling / betting marketing.
3+ years in a senior leadership role such as Head of Affiliates, Head of Acquisition, CMO, or similar.
Strong experience building and scaling affiliate/partner acquisition.
Solid understanding of acquisition economics and key metrics: FTD, CPA, ARPU, LTV, ROI, conversion and retention.
Experience working with significant marketing budgets and high traffic volumes; experience scaling to 10K+ FTDs is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of different acquisition channels, including Affiliates, Paid Social, Google, SEO/ASO, and Influencers.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills with experience structuring and optimizing partner deals.
Comfortable working with BI/reporting tools, forecasting, media planning, and performance analysis.
Good understanding of unit economics, funnels, CJM, and traffic monetization.
