For our partner, a company operating in the iGaming industry, we are looking for an experienced Senior iGaming Data Analyst with strong expertise in real-money online casino analytics and business performance.
We are looking for a hands-on analytical expert who can independently investigate complex business questions, identify performance drivers, and turn data into actionable recommendations.
In this role, you will work closely with the Chief Analytics Officer and collaborate with Product, Marketing, CRM, BI, and Data Engineering teams.
This is a senior individual contributor position with no people management responsibilities. The primary focus is on analytical expertise, independent problem-solving, and influencing business decisions through data.

Key Responsibilities
Casino Economics & Revenue Analytics
Analyze key casino metrics, including GGR, NGR, turnover, real-money and bonus bets, winnings, adjustments, and forfeits.
Investigate revenue fluctuations and identify the underlying business drivers.
Evaluate revenue performance across GEOs, brands, VIP segments, promotions, and player lifecycle stages.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial and gaming metrics.

Retention & Player Monetization
Perform cohort analysis covering retention, redeposits, ARPU, ARPPU, and LTV.
Analyze player behavior, deposit patterns, and lifecycle transitions.
Identify opportunities to improve retention and player monetization.
Distinguish genuine performance changes from statistical fluctuations and changes in player composition.

CRM, Bonuses & Product Analytics
Evaluate CRM campaign performance, bonus effectiveness, promotional ROI, and incremental impact.
Analyze player segmentation, RFM models, behavioral funnels, and scoring methodologies.
Design and assess experiments to validate business hypotheses.
Identify campaign cannibalization, selection bias, and misleading performance indicators.

Acquisition & Payments Analytics
Analyze acquisition performance across SEO, PPC, and affiliate channels.
Evaluate CAC, FTD-to-redeposit conversion, cohort ROI, and LTV.
Investigate payment funnels, approval rates, failed transactions, and deposit friction.
Detect anomalies and potential abuse patterns related to traffic, bonuses, and payments.

Advanced Analytics & Business Insights
Lead complex ad hoc analyses and root-cause investigations.
Develop reliable analytical frameworks and measurement methodologies.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-driven business decisions.
Present analytical findings and actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Challenge assumptions and ensure transparency around analytical limitations.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Analytics.
Several years of hands-on experience in real-money iGaming, specifically within a B2C online casino operator.
Strong understanding of casino economics, GGR/NGR, retention, monetization, player behavior, and revenue drivers.
Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, window functions, cohort calculations, and transactional data analysis.
Solid knowledge of statistical analysis, experimentation, cohort analysis, and causal reasoning.
Proven ability to investigate KPI fluctuations and identify their root causes.
Experience working independently with raw data and delivering reliable, reproducible analytical findings.
Strong business understanding and ability to communicate complex insights to senior stakeholders.
Ability to take ownership of analytical tasks and work with minimal supervision.

Nice to Have
Experience with BigQuery, ClickHouse, Tableau, GA4/GTM, Amplitude, Python, or Airflow.
Experience analyzing multi-brand and multi-GEO iGaming operations.
Advanced knowledge of CRM analytics, bonus mechanics, and player lifecycle management.
Experience with payment funnel optimization and fraud/abuse analytics.
Knowledge of LTV forecasting and marketing attribution.
Experience with experimental and quasi-experimental methodologies.
