Requirements

We are seeking a dynamic sales and partnerships professional to drive growth in the digital media space. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in high-value deal-making and experience working with global clients and brands.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Extensive experience in digital media sales, performance marketing, or strategic partnerships, preferably with international exposure.
Expertise in leading advertising platforms and digital marketing tools.
Proven ability to close significant commercial deals, including multi-million-dollar agreements, and maintain long-term client relationships.
Hands-on experience collaborating with affiliates, agencies, direct advertisers, and major brands worldwide.
Skilled negotiator, capable of engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.
Leadership experience: mentoring, managing, and motivating sales teams to exceed targets.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset, financial literacy, and ability to interpret market trends to inform strategy.
Flexible to travel for business development, client meetings, and industry events.
Understanding of industry compliance standards and advertising regulations.
