PrimeFox is looking for an experienced Head of CRM Retention for a new iGaming project focused on the Argentine market.
The project is preparing for launch. The product is being built on the SoftSwiss platform and will include Casino, Sportsbook and Prediction Market.
We're looking for a strong leader with hands-on SoftSwiss experience, deep expertise in the Argentine market, and a clear understanding of how to build an effective CRM / Retention system from scratch.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the CRM / Retention strategy for Argentina.
Build the CRM / Retention function from the ground up.
Set up segmentation, trigger-based scenarios and automated communications.
Design mechanics for retention, reactivation and growth of repeat deposits.
Manage CRM campaigns, bonus offers and personalization.
Develop Loyalty, VIP and Gamification mechanics.
Analyze D7/D30 Retention, Repeat Deposit Rate, Reactivation, Churn, NGR and LTV.
Optimize CRM activities based on analytics and A/B testing.
Collaborate with Product, Affiliate, BI, Risk and Customer Support teams.
Define KPIs, development plans and performance forecasts.
Help build the CRM team as the project grows.

Requirements
Proven CRM / Retention experience in iGaming in the Argentine market.
Mandatory hands-on experience with SoftSwiss.
Deep understanding of CRM analytics and iGaming economics.
Experience with segmentation, automation, triggers and the player lifecycle.
Successful track record of improving Retention, Reactivation, Repeat Deposits or NGR.
Understanding of bonus economics and CRM campaign performance evaluation.
Ability to independently set up the CRM / Retention function at the launch stage.
Readiness to make decisions and take ownership of results.

Nice to Have
Experience launching CRM / Retention from scratch.
CRM team management.
Casino and Sportsbook expertise.
Experience implementing Gamification, Loyalty and VIP programs.
Experience integrating CRM tools with SoftSwiss.
