Growica is an affiliate company working in the iGaming niche.
Our core focus is building and developing affiliate websites. We are now launching a new news vertical, Sports & Esports/Gaming Media, and we are looking for a Head of Esports & Chief Editor to lead one of its directions: Esports & Games.

About the project
This is a media vertical launch from scratch: you will build the editorial processes, content strategy, and team. You'll have a lot of freedom in decision-making and minimal bureaucracy.

What you will do:
Shape the editorial strategy and content plan for the Esports/Games direction.
Manage a team of journalists and editors: hire, onboard, and develop them.
Oversee content quality and bear final editorial responsibility for publications.
Introduce editorial standards and quality control processes.
Monitor tournaments, transfers, patches, releases, and key industry events in real time.
Work with the SEO team to grow traffic.
Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions.

What we expect:
Experience in esports/gaming journalism or digital media as an Editor, Managing Editor, Chief Editor, or a similar role.
Experience managing an editorial team or a team of content specialists.
Deep understanding of the esports and gaming industry, including Dota 2, CS, and other popular titles.
Experience working with a Tier-1 audience and English-speaking teams.
Basic understanding of SEO for media.
Experience using AI tools for content.
English B2+.
