Head of Marketing / Growth Lead
Lunesi is a premium haircare brand created for healthy, glowing hair. The brand offers a curated line of science-backed, cruelty-free products built around a complete hair ritual: cleanse, repair, hydrate, support growth and finish with shine.
We are now looking for a Head of Marketing / Growth Lead to help Lunesi move from early international traction to a structured and scalable growth system.
About the role
This is a key leadership role for someone who can combine brand thinking with performance, analytics and e-commerce growth.
The main goal is to build a marketing system that helps the brand increase daily sales, reduce CAC, improve website conversion and prepare for further international scaling across the UK, EU and US markets.
Format: Remote.
Markets: UK, EU, US.
Responsibilities
Build and execute the marketing and growth strategy for a premium DTC beauty brand.
Own the growth system across performance marketing, influencer marketing, CRM, content and CRO.
Manage marketing budgets and improve the efficiency of paid and organic channels.
Reduce CAC and improve website conversion rate.
Build a weekly marketing dashboard and reporting process.
Define and manage the testing roadmap: creatives, offers, landing pages, bundles and retention mechanics.
Work closely with performance specialists, influencer team, CRM/email specialist, designers and content producers.
Analyze the customer journey and identify key growth opportunities.
Translate marketing activities into measurable sales growth.
Requirements
Experience in e-commerce, DTC, beauty, fashion, wellness or premium consumer brands.
Strong understanding of performance marketing, Meta Ads, influencer marketing, CRM and CRO.
Ability to work with CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, CVR, retention and gross margin.
Experience building marketing dashboards and managing growth experiments.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking.
Ability to work in a fast-moving early-stage brand environment.
Fluent English.
Experience with UK, EU or US markets is a strong plus.

Experience in beauty or haircare.
Experience with Shopify.
Experience working with premium/luxury positioning.
Experience scaling international DTC brands.
Understanding of influencer/UGC content and paid social creative testing.
