Our client is a rapidly growing international B2C iGaming company with 1,000+ professionals across multiple jurisdictions and offices in Limassol, Dubai, and Warsaw.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead brand development, marketing strategy and business growth across international markets, with a particular focus on LATAM and other key GEOs.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a marketer with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and solid B2C iGaming experience. The ideal candidate has experience working with international markets and can build and execute marketing strategies tailored to different GEOs.

What you will do:
Develop and execute the marketing strategy for assigned products and markets, including LATAM and other international GEOs;
Build and strengthen the brand locally from positioning and awareness to market presence and growth;
Research local audiences, consumer behavior, competitors and market trends;
Develop multi-channel marketing strategies and identify new customer acquisition and communication channels;
Build long-term partnerships with local companies, agencies, media, influencers and other relevant players;
Launch co-marketing projects, integrations and partnership initiatives;
Manage marketing activities, budgets and key performance indicators;
Analyze campaign and channel performance and continuously optimize marketing activities;
Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives that contribute to business growth;
Work closely with Product, CRM, Performance, Creative and other teams to achieve business objectives.

What we are looking for:
5+ years of experience in marketing, with strong experience in B2C iGaming;
Proven experience as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Lead or in a similar senior marketing role;
Hands-on experience working with LATAM and/or other international GEOs;
Experience in building or developing a brand, product or market from the ground up;
Strong understanding of B2C iGaming products, audiences and market dynamics;
Strong background in partnership marketing, influencer marketing, media and multi-channel marketing;
Proven ability to independently develop a marketing strategy and take it through execution end-to-end;
Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills;
High level of ownership, initiative and entrepreneurial mindset;
Strong business and results orientation, with experience managing KPIs and budgets;
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
