We are a growing iGaming provider developing slots and instant-win games with bold visuals, distinctive characters and carefully designed mechanics.

We are looking for a hands-on marketing leader to take ownership of the entire marketing function: strategy, team, budget and execution. You will strengthen our presence among operators and industry partners while building recognition and demand for our games among players.

Reporting to the CEO and board, you will work closely with the commercial and product teams to connect marketing investment with measurable business results.

What you will do:
Marketing strategy and team management
Translate business priorities into a marketing roadmap, budgets and measurable KPIs.
Manage the marketing team, agencies and freelancers, setting clear responsibilities and quality standards.
Stay directly involved in campaign development, creative briefs, launches and execution.
Brand and product marketing
Develop the company's positioning, tone of voice and creative identity across channels.
Own go-to-market plans for new games, including launch campaigns, promotional assets and partner communications.
Turn game mechanics, characters and player insights into compelling campaigns for operators and players.
B2B marketing and partnerships
Lead PR, industry media, LinkedIn, Telegram and broader industry communications.
Support the commercial team with partner presentations, sales materials and marketing campaigns.
Develop joint initiatives with operators and aggregators to increase game visibility, adoption and performance.
Player-facing marketing
Lead streamer and creator collaborations, content campaigns and community development.
Build campaigns that encourage players to discover, try and return to our games through partner platforms.
Test unconventional creative concepts and scale those that deliver results.
Exhibitions and industry events
Own the full event cycle: objectives, booth concept, contractors, budget, team preparation and on-site execution.
Develop activations, merchandise and partner events that reflect the brand.
Participate in partner meetings and evaluate commercial outcomes with the sales team.
Analytics and commercial impact
Track marketing contribution to qualified opportunities, partner activation, player engagement and revenue.
Work with product and commercial teams to assess acquisition, repeat play and retention.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness, optimise spending and report results to the CEO and board.

What we are looking for:
Experience leading a marketing function in iGaming, preferably within a game provider. Strong casino operator backgrounds are also welcome.
Proven ownership of a marketing team and budget across multiple disciplines.
Practical experience in both B2B and player-facing marketing.
Strong understanding of industry PR, media, Telegram and operator partnerships.
Experience working with streamers, creators, content and communities.
Experience managing exhibitions and industry events from concept through execution and follow-up.
Demonstrable launches and campaigns, with clear explanations of your personal contribution, budget and results.
Ability to connect marketing decisions with P&L, acquisition, retention and commercial performance.
A hands-on approach, strong attention to detail and ownership of delivery.
Ukrainian or Russian, plus English sufficient for international communication, negotiations and presentations.
