We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing with a strong background in the iGaming industry, specifically on the game provider and/or aggregator side. Requirements:
Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role within the iGaming industry;
Experience working on the game provider and/or aggregator side is required; experience in both will be a strong advantage;
Hands-on experience in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies;
Experience planning, allocating, and managing marketing budgets, as well as monitoring their effectiveness;
Practical experience in SMM, PR, affiliate marketing, and collaborations with streamers and influencers within the iGaming industry;
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, performance marketing, email marketing, and content marketing;
Experience in brand development, reputation management, and cooperation with media outlets, partners, and external contractors;
Full-cycle experience in organizing participation in international industry events and exhibitions, from selecting the booth location and developing the concept to on-site execution;
Experience working with Legal teams on contracts related to marketing activities, partnerships, sponsorships, and events;
Experience managing a marketing team, including setting goals and KPIs, conducting regular one-to-one meetings, and supporting team development;
Ability to define marketing KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and make data-driven decisions;
Experience conducting market research and analyzing competitors, industry trends, and target audiences;
Understanding of marketing design principles and the ability to maintain consistent visual brand communication;
Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively;
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills;
Strategic thinking, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset;
C1 level of English.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals;
Manage marketing activities across multiple company projects;
Identify priority marketing channels, define key metrics and KPIs, and monitor their performance;
Plan, allocate, and manage the marketing budget and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities;
Develop the company's brands and manage their positioning and reputation;
Oversee SMM, PR, affiliate marketing, streamer and influencer partnerships, SEO, email marketing, advertising, and content strategy;
Build relationships with media outlets, industry partners, contractors, affiliates, streamers, and influencers;
Manage the full cycle of the company's participation in international exhibitions and industry events, including booth location selection, concept development, production, logistics, and on-site coordination;
Cooperate with the Legal team on contracts related to marketing campaigns, partnerships, sponsorships, and events;
Analyze markets, competitors, industry trends, and customer behavior;
Build, develop, train, and motivate the marketing team;
Set team goals and KPIs, conduct regular one-to-one meetings, and monitor performance;
Oversee marketing design, visual identity, and the creation of advertising and brand materials;
Prepare marketing performance reports and provide recommendations for further business growth.
