TalentMinted is recruiting for a confidential international B2C product company with a strong performance-marketing operation.
We are looking for a creative leader who understands that advertising creative is not only a branding asset, but a measurable growth lever.

You will own the performance creative strategy, testing system and production process for paid user acquisition.

What you'll do:
Own performance-creative strategy across consumer products
Develop new advertising concepts and creative directions
Build a systematic creative-testing framework
Analyze creative performance and turn results into new iterations
Work closely with User Acquisition and Performance Marketing teams
Manage the creative-production pipeline from idea to final advertising asset
Build reporting and performance evaluation for creative output
Improve creative-production processes and testing velocity
Lead, mentor and develop creative specialists
Participate in hiring and team development

What we're looking for:
Leadership experience in Performance Creative, Creative Strategy or Creative Marketing
Strong understanding of User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
Track record of creating advertising concepts based on performance data
Hands-on experience building creative-testing systems
Ability to connect creative decisions with acquisition and business KPIs
Strong production-management skills
Team-leadership experience
English B2+

Experience with consumer mobile products, subscription products, gaming, social/entertainment or other high-volume performance environments is highly relevant.
Experience working with paid-social ecosystems such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat or similar platforms is a strong advantage.
