Right now, FutureMedia is looking for a Head of Product (web2web, subscription model) to own one of our flagship products end-to-end and take it from its current stage to global market leadership, on our B2C subscription portfolio with huge room to grow. This is effectively a founder role: you own everything in your business unit, and your single mission is making the product genuinely better for users. You'll build a world-class team, establish strong processes, and relentlessly develop the product into the dominant player in its niche.

We're looking for someone hungry, proactive, and relentless a senior, growth-oriented product manager who wants to build a business and will do whatever it takes to make it thrive. You'll have real autonomy and clear goals, communicating regularly with the founder and CEO, but you own the outcome.

Your impact
Own the full product strategy, growth, product, and team. Your mission is to make the product the best in its category
Be a true expert in product management and product growth for mature products and go deep, hands-on
Push every process forward, see no blockers, and stay relentlessly proactive
Understand exactly how your technical team and customer support work and know the data
Set up dashboards, monitor health checks, and use product analytics to drive data-informed decisions
Constantly find ways to make the team more efficient continuously improving and optimising how it operates
Own the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring it meets market needs and a high quality bar
Keep the product roadmap aligned with business strategy and customer feedback
Use data analytics to refine growth strategies, with a strong focus on improving LTV
Communicate regularly with the founder and CEO while operating autonomously against clear goals, staying aligned with the founder's approvals

About you
A dynamic, hands-on, founder-minded product leader with a track record of driving growth in B2C subscription digital products, ideally on mature products
Strong product management and product growth expertise, with a sharp eye for improving product quality and LTV
Proficient in product analytics and data-driven decision making comfortable setting up dashboards and monitoring health checks yourself
Background in web experience is required (mobile-only backgrounds won't be a fit)
Experience with utility-style products is a strong plus
Able to speak the same language as developers and work closely with engineering
Strong understanding of engineering, customer support, and data enough to lead and monitor each effectively
High level of ownership and execution capability, while staying aligned with the founder's approvals
Highly proactive, solution-oriented, and relentless about improving the product no blockers, only next steps
Comfortable with autonomy and full ownership, working closely with the founder and CEO
Strong written and spoken English
