About the Role:
We are looking for a Head of Recruitment to the our client's team.
We are looking for someone who has industrialized recruitment before – built the process, the sourcing engine and the metrics and who moves quickly. The hiring volume ahead is significant: commercial teams are scaling, new departments are being formed and several first-line leadership roles are open.

Responsibilities:
– Design the end-to-end hiring process: requisition, role profile, funnel, assessment stages, decision, offer, start.
– Agree service levels with hiring managers and hold both sides to them.
– Build and lead the recruitment team, structured by hiring type.
– Implement and embed an applicant tracking system as the single source of truth.
– Volume hiring: branch and operations staff, contact centre agents, commercial roles.
– Leadership and specialist hiring: team leads, department heads, business line directors, scarce expert roles.
– Build the sourcing engine: direct search, referral programme, agency management, regional and international pipelines.
– Personally run first-line leadership searches.
– Own the hiring metrics: time to fill, stage conversion, cost per hire, probation pass rate, quality of hire.
– Enable hiring managers: role profiles, structured interviews, assessment criteria, interview training.
– Candidate experience and feedback discipline.
– Employer brand, jointly with HR and marketing.

Requirements:
Must have:
– 7+ years in recruitment, including 3+ years leading a recruitment team.
– Built or fundamentally rebuilt a recruitment function process, tooling, metrics and team.
– Both volume and leadership hiring in the same role. These are different disciplines and this position requires both.
– Implemented an applicant tracking system and built hiring reporting on top of it.
– Track record of shortening time to fill with evidence before and after numbers.
– Strong hiring manager management: setting requirements, running calibration, pushing back on scope creep.
– Working knowledge of the Ukrainian labour market, including regions.
– Working English.

Nice to have:
– Hiring in financial services or a retail branch network
– International hiring for new markets
– Built a referral programme that produced measurable volume
– Experience with modern sourcing tooling and automation
