We are looking for a Head of Retention to lead CRM and player retention strategy for an iGaming business.
The role focuses on increasing player engagement, repeat deposits, customer lifetime value, and long-term revenue.
Responsibilities:
Develop and own the overall player retention and CRM strategy.
Build and optimize customer lifecycle communication.
Manage player segmentation, churn prevention, reactivation, and loyalty initiatives.
Oversee automated CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and other channels.
Improve repeat deposit rates, retention, LTV, and NGR.
Develop retention analytics, A/B testing, and performance reporting.
Lead and develop the retention/CRM function.
Collaborate with Product, VIP, BI, and Marketing teams.
Requirements:
Proven retention/CRM management experience in iGaming or online casino.
Experience developing retention strategies and managing teams.
Strong understanding of player lifecycle, segmentation, and churn.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation.
Knowledge of GR8 Tech or similar iGaming CRM solutions is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills and business-oriented decision-making.
