The opportunity
Lead the player retention direction for an iGaming product. You will connect player insight, CRM communication, and product collaboration to create more relevant journeys, reduce avoidable churn, and grow long-term player value.
This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on work. You will define what to test, how to segment the audience, and how to evaluate whether a retention activity creates lasting value.
What you will own
-Build and evolve the retention strategy across key stages of the player lifecycle, from onboarding and engagement to reactivation.
-Develop segmentation and player journeys based on behavior, activity, and value.
-Plan and test CRM campaigns and retention mechanics with a clear hypothesis and success measure.
-Use cohort analysis and player-level trends to identify churn risks and opportunities to improve repeat engagement.
-Track retention, reactivation, repeat deposits, churn, and LTV, connecting campaign results to business value.
-Work with CRM, Product, Acquisition, Analytics, and Operations to improve the player experience end to end.
-Establish a practical testing and reporting rhythm so the team can learn from each campaign and apply what works.
-Set priorities and processes for the retention function as its needs develop.

What you bring
-Hands-on experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or player retention within iGaming.
-A strong grasp of player lifecycle, segmentation, activation, churn prevention, and reactivation.
-Experience planning campaigns and evaluating their impact through cohorts and retention metrics.
-Hands-on experience with a CRM or marketing automation platform; GR8 Tech or a comparable iGaming CRM is a plus.
-Commercial judgment around promotions and retention mechanics, with attention to player value and campaign cost.
-Ability to turn analysis into clear priorities and communicate them across teams. English at B2 level is required for this role.
