Enable3 is a Loyalty and Retention platform that helps brands bring customers back and grow lifetime value through structured loyalty programs, without building custom logic from scratch.
Our current focus is an app for Shopify brands: points, tiers, referrals and missions that merchants can launch quickly and measure through built-in A/B testing. We also work with digital-first businesses across fintech, telecom, edtech, gaming and SaaS through white-label, API and SDK integrations.

It is important for us that you have:
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, incl. 2+ years leading sales (Head / Director) at an early-stage or scale-up company
Personally closed mid-market and enterprise deals: long cycle, multiple decision-makers, white-label / API or platform products
Sold martech, loyalty, retention, CRM or fintech solutions
Built a sales function from scratch: process, CRM, first hires
Sells through conferences and industry events; has a network
Plus: Shopify / Shopify Plus ecosystem, fintech / banking, retail; experience shaping commercial strategy
Not a fit: leaders who no longer sell themselves; SMB-only transactional / inside sales

Main responsibilities:
Sales across two lines: Enterprise / White Label / API (fintech, banks, digital businesses) and Shopify Plus / mid-market e-commerce; Shopify SMB together with marketing
Personally run and close key deals
Own the funnel lead demo pilot contract, and the forecast
Build the sales process: CRM, qualification, SLAs, materials, scripts per segment
Conferences and events: selection, preparation, meetings, pipeline impact
Partner channel: Shopify agencies, integrators
Lead Alexandra; hire the team when volume justifies it
Bring market feedback to product: win / loss reasons
Weekly funnel and forecast report to the CEO
