Our company is looking for an HR Manager to join our team and help us build a strong, engaged, and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the hiring process.
Recruit IT specialists across different roles, including Developers, Project Managers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and other positions.
Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with employees, provide support, and help address workplace-related questions and concerns.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Track important employee milestones, including birthdays, salary reviews, career achievements, and other key events.
Develop, implement, and maintain HR processes and policies, including building processes from scratch where needed.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and employee records.
Coordinate with the finance/accounting team on monthly payroll-related administrative matters, including reviewing and processing relevant salary invoices.
Organize team-building activities, company events, and employee engagement initiatives.
Support employee development and help foster a positive and collaborative company culture.
Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and internal HR processes.

Requirements
Previous experience in an HR Manager / HR Generalist role, preferably within the IT industry.
Experience recruiting for technical and non-technical IT positions, including Developers, Project Managers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, and similar roles.
Experience building HR processes from scratch as well as maintaining and improving existing HR processes.
English proficiency at B2 level or higher required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of responsibility, proactivity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and effectively manage multiple HR processes simultaneously.
