About the role
As our Human Capital Operations Manager, you keep our people processes running smoothly and legally. Your work is critical to our team's ability to attract, support, and retain the talent we need to design, build, and support advanced unmanned aerial systems. You coordinate HR activities and guide your team so everyone has the right information, the right support, and a clear path forward.
We rely on you to bring order and insight to our HR operations, from recordkeeping to reporting. Your leadership ensures that our personnel administration is complete, compliant, and ready to support our company's growth.

What you will do
Oversee personnel administration, maintaining accurate and compliant employee records.
Direct the daily work of HR team members, including talent acquisition, training, and travel management specialists.
Coordinate HR processes such as hiring, onboarding, compensation, and employee relations.
Prepare and deliver HR reports and data to company leadership on schedule.
Interpret and apply labor law requirements to all HR procedures and policies.
Represent the company at personnel-related hearings and investigations.
Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts, providing guidance on disciplinary procedures and contract interpretation.
Analyze and update compensation and benefits programs to stay competitive and compliant.
Conduct or oversee new employee orientation to support positive integration into our company culture.

What success looks like
All personnel records are up-to-date, accurate, and meet legal and company standards.
HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding, run smoothly and on schedule.
HR reports are complete, insightful, and delivered to leadership on time.
Employee issues and disputes are resolved fairly and efficiently, with clear documentation.

What you bring
A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience managing HR operations or personnel administration.
Confidence reading and applying labor laws and HR policies in daily work.
Comfort coordinating and supervising a team of HR specialists.
Experience preparing HR reports and analyzing HR data.
Skill handling sensitive staffing issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Ability to use HR, database, and reporting software, as well as spreadsheets and office suites.
Clear written and spoken English, with strong communication skills for working across teams.

Nice to have
Experience in a technical or engineering company, especially supporting production or R&D teams.
Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or compliance software in a growing business.
Background in employee training and development programs.
