APPLINIX is an international Web3 company. We run several projects related to a crypto exchange, tokens and crypto services. The specific project for each candidate is decided together after the interview, based on your experience and expertise.

Who we are looking for
We are expanding our Influence / KOL Marketing team and looking for someone who knows the Web3/crypto influencer market from the inside: who is relevant right now, who has a real audience, and what integrations actually cost.
Your goal is to build a stable influencer acquisition channel on YouTube, X (Twitter) and Telegram across Tier-1 and Tier-2 GEOs.

Key responsibilities
Find and research relevant Web3/crypto influencers on YouTube, X (Twitter) and Telegram.
Vet audience quality: fake followers and views, bots, engagement, GEO and relevance to a crypto audience.
Reach out and negotiate terms: fixed fee, CPA, RevShare, hybrid models, price negotiation.
Launch and manage integrations: briefs, promo codes and referral links, monitoring content delivery.
Analyze results for each influencer, decide whether to scale or stop, and report on performance.
About 7080% of your time goes to finding and vetting influencers, negotiating and analyzing performance.

Recurring tasks: monitoring the crypto market and new influencers, communicating with existing partners, weekly reporting, budget optimization.

Occasional tasks: special projects and large integrations, crypto conferences, investigating fake engagement and fraud, testing new GEOs and formats, feedback for product and promo.

Out of scope: producing creatives or content yourself, SEO, classic Google/Meta media buying, user support, product development.

Requirements
2+ years in influencer marketing or buying traffic through influencers in Web3/crypto. 34+ years preferred.
Experience with Web3/crypto projects: exchanges, tokens, DeFi, NFT, crypto services.
Influencer / KOL marketing as your main channel.
Hands-on experience with YouTube, X (Twitter) and Telegram in the crypto niche.
Knowledge of relevant crypto influencers in Tier-1 and Tier-2. Experience with all GEOs is a plus, but knowing influencers in at least some of them is required.
Proven results from your past campaigns.
Your own network of influencer contacts.
Tools: Social Blade, TGStat / Telemetr, X analytics, promo codes and referral links, Google Sheets / Excel.
English B2+.

Nice to have
Experience in iGaming / Gambling, Affiliate, Performance Marketing.
LunarCrush, Kaito, HypeAuditor, vidIQ, Keitaro, partner CRM.
Understanding of on-chain activity and crypto payments.
Spanish and/or Portuguese for LatAm.
Product mindset and fresh ideas.
Networking and activity at crypto conferences.

How we measure success
Number of integrations purchased.
Influencer quality: real crypto audience, engagement, GEO match, no fake engagement.
Negotiation quality: discount from list price, price vs. market, favorable payment model.
Influencer results: target actions via promo codes and referral links, cost per action, ROI.
