IT Recruiter & Career Consultant
Full-time | Fully Remote
We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter who is ready to apply their recruitment expertise in a broader role focused on career development and professional guidance.
You will work directly with IT specialists, helping them understand their market value, present their experience effectively, improve their professional profiles, and navigate the job market with confidence.
This position combines technical recruitment knowledge with practical career guidance from the initial assessment and career planning to interview preparation and support throughout the job search process.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate candidates' professional backgrounds, skills, career expectations, and future goals.
Identify strengths, skill gaps, and areas that could improve their competitiveness in the IT market.
Review, rewrite, and enhance CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and cover letters.
Tailor candidate profiles to specific job opportunities, positions, and international markets.
Build individual career roadmaps, defining suitable roles, target companies, and potential markets.
Research salary trends and provide guidance on realistic compensation expectations.
Prepare candidates for recruitment processes, including HR and technical interviews.
Organize mock interviews and provide actionable feedback on communication, answers, and self-presentation.
Develop interview preparation materials and personalized recommendations for each candidate.
Guide candidates on using LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
Help candidates establish direct contact with recruiters, hiring managers, and potential employers.
Review job opportunities, evaluate their relevance, and help candidates prioritize applications.
Provide ongoing guidance during the job search, from application preparation and recruiter communication to interview scheduling and progress monitoring.
Review interview outcomes and refine career strategies based on employer feedback.
Support candidates through the entire hiring journey, helping them move toward suitable job offers.
Take part in introductory career consultations and help identify candidates' needs before they enter the service.
Occasionally contribute to internal team development, onboarding, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
Experience & Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally working with Middle and Senior-level professionals.
Practical experience recruiting Developers, Software Engineers, QA Engineers, and other technical specialists.
Solid knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, candidate evaluation, interviews, negotiations, and closing.
A proven record of successfully filling technical vacancies.
Good understanding of technical terminology, IT positions, technologies, and development processes.
Ability to interpret technical job descriptions and understand what hiring managers actually expect from candidates.
Understanding of how companies assess professional experience, CVs, LinkedIn profiles, and interview performance.
Experience working with international candidates or foreign job markets will be an advantage.
Career consulting experience is welcome but not mandatory. We value strong recruitment expertise and the ability to transfer that knowledge into practical career advice.
English proficiency: Intermediate (B1B2).

Recruitment Platforms: Confident use of LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, Indeed, and other sourcing and job-search resources.
Professional Communication: Writing effective cover letters, outreach messages, and recruiter communications.
Process Management: Working with CRM systems, Notion, candidate tracking, reporting, and progress analysis.
AI Applications: Openness to incorporating AI-powered tools into everyday workflows.
