We are looking for a motivated person with with 1 – 2 years of commercial experience in IT outsourcing who wants to grow into a strong IT Sales professional.

GroupBWT is a consulting firm specializing in web scraping and custom data platforms, with 16+ years of experience in custom solutions for international clients. We are also an AWS Accredited Partner, confirming the high technical and architectural standards of our solutions.

Requirements:
1+ year of commercial experience in an IT outsourcing company (ideally 2+) in Sales or other client-facing roles (Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Customer Success, etc.)
Experience participating in or conducting client meetings, discovery calls or business discussions
Good understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing services
English level B2+
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand clients' business needs
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and willingness to actively leverage AI in daily work
Proactive mindset, ownership and willingness to learn
Motivation to build a long-term career in IT Sales

Responsibilities:
Learn our services, expertise and successful client case studies
Research prospective clients and prepare for discovery meetings
Participate in discovery calls together with senior sales managers and technical consultants
Communicate with international clients and identify their business needs
Prepare meeting notes and maintain CRM records
Support the sales process throughout different stages of the client journey
Continuously develop your sales, communication and consulting skills
Gradually take ownership of client communication and become a more independent IT Sales Manager
