We're looking for an IT services sales professional who is an excellent communicator, understands clients' business needs, and is driven to achieve the best results for both clients and the team.
Required skills:
Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other lead-generation and outreach platforms
English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher
Experience working with clients and companies from the USA, EU, UK, Latin America, and other international markets
Good understanding of the IT services market and its dynamics
Ability to conduct negotiations, online meetings, and other business communications
Ability to identify and understand the needs, challenges, and pain points of potential clients
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Would be a plus:
Experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools
Understanding of SMM and SEO principles
Your responsibilities:
Analyze the market and identify new business opportunities
Search for and attract potential clients through various channels
Communicate with potential and existing clients, including through online meetings, to build and develop long-term partnerships
Identify client needs and pain points and propose relevant IT solutions
Prepare commercial proposals, presentations, and product and service demos for clients
Track sales activities in the CRM and prepare regular sales reports
Participate in developing strategic plans for expanding into new industries and domains
Collaborate with the team to develop and improve sales processes and approaches
