Easy Renovation (https://easyrenovation.ca/) specializes in high-quality bathroom renovations across the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a proactive and people-oriented Junior Business Development & Recruitment Specialist to support our recruitment and partnership development initiatives.
This is a hybrid role combining recruitment (approximately 4050%) with business and partnership development (approximately 5060%). Both areas involve proactive outreach, communication, and relationship building, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people and wants to develop professionally across both functions.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment
Support and manage the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer stage
Create and publish job postings across relevant recruitment platforms
Proactively reach out to candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, and other channels
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews in English
Coordinate next-stage interviews with hiring managers
Maintain organized candidate pipelines and accurate recruitment records
Follow up with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Business & Partnership Development

Research and identify potential partners, vendors, and new business opportunities
Represent the company when communicating with prospective partners across different industries and professional categories
Conduct proactive outreach through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
Develop and maintain relationships with potential business partners
Use creative outreach approaches when appropriate, including physical correspondence, packages, or gifts
Conduct market research to identify potential partnerships, industry trends, and growth opportunities
Support partnership, marketing, and strategic business development initiatives
Assist with lead generation, CRM management, follow-ups, and ongoing partner communication
Collaborate with internal teams to support company growth initiatives

What We're Looking For

English proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher, with confidence communicating both verbally and in writing
Comfortable conducting interviews and professional conversations in English
Comfortable with proactive outreach, including phone calls and cold/warm outreach
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Previous experience in Business Development, Recruitment/HR, Sales, Digital Marketing, or a related field is an asset
Willingness to learn and develop across both recruitment and business development
